No dinosaur ever died leaving a pool of oil. No, not over any length of time.

Have you ever been out on the range and found a pile of cow bones? Did you find a pool of oil under those bones? If it had been there a couple of years it did not even have meat still there.

Why? Because bones and even fossils do not create oil. The earth’s mantle creates oil. The same process works on many of the outer planets. That is why they have atmospheres full of hydrocarbons full of methane and other substances. If they never had dinosaurs where did it come from?

The tremendous pressures and chemical compositions of these planets work together to extract such chemicals out of the stratigrify of these planetary compositions.

Coal came from compressed plant materials. Whole forests of plant materials.

No fossil has ever created a fuel.

In this knucklehead time we live in something is going on which most people are not aware of.

The federal government has no jurisdiction nor sovereignty over State lands. Constitution Article 1.8.17 says that the total jurisdiction of the feds is the District of Columbia… and even that is only by permission of the States of Maryland and Virginia, and only for the legitimate operation of the federal government.

In other words there are no national forests, national parks, federal buildings, etc. unless by constitutional legislation, amendments, etc. because those are State lands for State administration.

Meanwhile we have the States (through their counties) extorting the citizens with “property tax”tortion. They are completely ignoring the fact that those lands were secured through treaties and when purchased by people are land-patented-allodial-fee-simple (not taxable). Land-patent-fee-simple means total ownership not taxable, just like your body. The “fee” in “fee simple” comes from “fief” or “royal, total absolute ownership”. In this country the people are the royalty.

The U.S. was founded on the principle that “life, liberty and property” are human rights. Human rights are not taxable (or take-able). Property “taxes” are therefore illegitimate. States are required to fund themselves with indirect sales and excise taxes as described in the Constitution, never direct taxes on property. States themselves are to pay apportioned direct taxes to the federal government to fund federal functions. The people only pay indirect sales and excises to their State, nothing but federal excises to the feds (like automobile tire excises which are built into the price).

So…

…the States are violating the federal jurisdiction over treaty law and land patents and the feds are violating the States’ lands by claiming jurisdiction over State forests, parks and other real estate.

We have a major set of violation problems, folks! This is what happens when multiple generations of citizens cede their responsibility to eternal vigilance by electing crooks and ignoramuses to office.

These terms started in the late 18th century when the French parliament seating arrangements were for democrats and socialists to sit on the left and monarchists to sit on the right. These terms actually do not apply in any way to the USA because we have never had a king or monarchy of any kind. We were founded expressly on the rejection of monarchy.

          So when people today assign the term leftist or left-wing to Democrats it still applies because people in that party are believers in democracy, socialism and even communism. However when the Republicans are referred to as right-wingers that is totally false because no one in that party wants a king or queen, but rather range from mild socialist/democrats to mercantilist/corporatist to libertarian/ conservative/constitutionist. 

          That’s why I call my blog “Notes from the Far Center”. I am a Jefferson libertarian centrist constitution-restorationist. I simply want my human rights to not be violated. 

          The country is now so far off to the left of its founding that I see myself way, way out on the far center. There are no right-wing monarchists at all even though many left-wingers seem to want a king like Obama or queen like Hillary. They want a usurper who will break the rules in the rule book known as the Constitution of the U.S., while claiming to want a democracy (which is really just mob rule).

          Fake taxes are called Taxtortion because they are extortion posing as a tax. So what is extortion posing as a fine? Tixtortion. Extortion posing as a ticket.
          When you are pulled over on the highway and written up for anything other than reckless driving what is it called? 

          Tixtortion.

          Ticket extortion. Performed by people who are supposed to know better.

          Reckless driving can be a danger to others, but what is a “California stop”? Normal behavior. The average 3000 lb vehicle will surge forward even after a complete stop. Why? Because it sits on top of springs. Momentum keeps it moving. When it moves at inches per hour it is not going to hurt anyone. But the extortionists call it a violation of their code.

          They conveniently never mention that their code is a commercial code only for commercial drivers driving commercial vehicles only in commerce, so it doesn’t apply to you anyway. Why? Because you are the people they work FOR. You should always go to court to fight such tickets. You should always point out to the judge that you are not a commercial driver driving commercially and that those laws do not “apply to me as a citizen.”

          The public owns the roads. Commerce uses the roads to make a living. Their businesses are enabled by a free country. The road taxes and gas taxes fund that country’s government… which is supposed to protect those freedoms.

          By the way, if you have a malfunctioning light or other minor event why would they not just warn you? You are their boss. They work for you. How can they justify extorting time, inconvenience and money from you with a ticket/citation/tixtortion/Notice to Appear? They cannot. But they don’t care. Why do they not care? Because they don’t have to, if you don’t hold the politicians liable for such evil policies. 

          The office-holding politicians are the ones who have enabled this evil. Why do you not complain to them? Because they do nothing? Gang up on them with your neighbors. They must respond. Recall them if they don’t. File charges. The higher laws prohibit their behavior. Make them as miserable as they make you. 

          It is only right.

This is a true story.
          My first full time job was as a display builder at the Montgomery Ward department store at Del Amo Fashion Square in Torrance, California. This was 1970. The main competition for Ward’s in the USA was Sears, which was a larger company. There was a Sears across the street from our store. 

          There was a rumor that came up. I heard it. It was said that this was the most prosperous Sears in America and the general manager made an incredible $50,000 a year! Remember that the minimum wage at the time was $1.25 an hour. People shook their heads in amazement that someone could make such a huge salary.

          Jump ahead 50 years and $50,000 can barely enable a family to survive.

          That is how inflation works. The Federal Reserve and the politicians have printed so much fiat money during those years that the money supply has diluted the value of the dollar to less than 25% of what it was in 1970.

          They have done this in order to provide FSGs to buy voters with. “Benefits” is the name of the game.

       When was the last time you filled out a form and signed it claiming to be a “Citizen of the United States”?

       When you claim to be a Citizen of the United States you no longer claim to be a citizen of the several States. You have now signed away all of your rights and are under the plenary powers of Congress. They will make all your decisions. 
       Your rights have been replaced in return for “benefits” provided by your masters in Congress under the 14th, 16th and 17th amendments.
       The 14th created a fiction-in-law Citizen of the United States. The 16th took your rights to life, liberty and property. The 17th stripped the several States of their representation in the Senate. The 14th Amendment was a ruse to con you out of your rights. It was posed as an amendment to give freedom to former slaves but the 13th Amendment had already done that. The ruse was to drop in the phrase “citizens of the United States” which is a legal term for those who have signed away their rights, rather than use the proper constitutional phrase “citizen of the several States”. (as used in the preamble to the Bill of Rights and elsewhere)
       The only purpose of a form is to lose rights. Think about it. When you fill out a form, any form, you sign away your right to something. There is no other purpose to a form. Think about it. Where are you when you fill out a form? A government office, doctor’s office, car dealership… they all want you to agree to a transfer of your choices to them.
       Think about it logically. Who are the citizens of a federal government? The people? No. A federal government is made up of countries also known as States. Therefore the citizens of the federal government are its States, not people. The people are citizens of the member states. 
       You are a citizen of California. You are not a citizen of the United States. You are also not a citizen of the “State of California” because that is a corporate fiction-in-law put in place for its officers and employees to be held harmless-in-law. You are a citizen of Kansas not the State of Kansas.
       Be very, very careful what you sign.

I was in a meeting recently where the speaker asked “how many of you are a citizen of the United States?” Everyone answered “yes”, but they were all wrong. You cannot be a citizen of the United States because the United States is a contract among the States, not a country. You are a human, not a State.

The States are contractual citizens of the federal government known as the United States. Your citizenship resides in one of the countries known as the States. In 1776 the individual colonies became the “several States” which became the federation named the “united States”. 

The States were federated into a limited-purpose federal government. Human beings can not be federated. Therefore the citizens of the federal government are the States.
Virginia and Connecticut are States which joined this federation. Quebec and Mexico are states which did not. The several States which joined together in federal citizenship pledged to support each other in independence from England. They were citizens of the new federal government. 

The people were citizens of their States (or countries). Their States were citizens of the united States also referred to as the United States of America.

This federation was for limited purposes only, leaving the States and people free to make most decisions of, by and for themselves, the people.

Money is the medium for transfer of value from one place to another. There are many different ways to transfer value. The federal politicians transfer the value of your work to the Federal Reserve. The Fed takes a percentage of it for themselves then sells the paper money to the Treasury of the U.S. They bill Congress through the Treasury every time they print. This makes for permanent debt.

When the Congress creates deficit budgets every year they steal value out of your money. By printing or digitizing more money in the federal money supply than the value that was actually there, they devalue the dollar and inflate the money supply. This is called inflation even though the dollar is deflated. When the money supply (M1) is inflated the dollar is deflated ($). This is because the value in the economy is relatively stable but the money supply increases.

It is as if there were only one dollar bill in the world and that dollar represented a candy bar’s value. Then the Fed prints another dollar into the money supply so now your dollar is suddenly worth only half a candy bar.

The difference is that the amounts are actually in the billions and trillions.
Another difference is that the additional paper dollars are “eased” into the money supply over time, so that the value change is not so quickly noticed. This is called “quantitative easing” by economists. It is called “highway robbery” by those who are aware.

 

The oath of office requires upholding the Constitution. The Constitution and the laws are never to be interpreted. The case is interpreted, not the Constitution. The Constitution was written so that an 18th century farmer could understand it. There is no excuse for a supreme court justice to not understand it. The Constitution is to be applied to the case, not interpreted.

The job description requires someone who will be honest in keeping their own politics out of their decisions. Their job is to apply the Constitution’s standards to the case, not give out a personal opinion or preference.

A justice MUST be honest. Saying “on means off” or “dead means alive” is not acceptable. The reward for such behavior needs to be immediate impeachment.

When some justices are called “conservative”, “originalist” or “strict constructionist” that merely acknowledges that they are honest and NOT chiselers to some degree. That is because their oath requires them to uphold the Constitution, not change it or pretend it changed itself.

Liberal, leftist or adherents of a “living constitution” are by definition NOT honest, because they are not upholding the actual Constitution. A constitution is a contract just like a mortgage contract. How far do you think you would get pretending your home mortgage is living and breathing?

The States created the Constitution. The Constitution created the federal government. Any power not given to the federal government in the Constitution does not exist. You can pretend along with some politicians that it exists, but it does NOT exist. The Constitution can be changed by 4/5 of the States with amendments.

All lower laws must comply with higher laws. All laws must comply with the Constitution. No law can be deemed or proclaimed by a politician. They must be passed by Congress and legislatures.

A judge at any governmental level MUST be honest. Judges must interpret a case by the Constitution and other applicable lower laws, no other way.

When the Court claims you have “no standing” they are claiming you have no authority to be heard by the Court. Every State has total standing despite what the Court may say because the States created the court in the Constitution. Hearing the States is the number one duty of the Court. When the Court says a State has no standing they are weaseling out of their primary duty.

 

WHAT IS INCOME?

          The government does not define “income”. The IRS does not define “income”. But Thomas Jefferson did define “income”: 

“Income is the annual profit on capital.” – Treatise on Political Economy, 1826
What is profit?

          Profit is property gained by investment risk of one’s capital. This is a return on investment beyond compensation (which is an even trade). Wages, salaries and interest are compensation. Profit is also referred to as “gain”. The IRS term “earned income” is nonsense since all income is earned by the lending of one’s capital, and is therefore earned.

Compensation vs. Profit

       Compensation and profit are both property. Compensation is where you have an even trade of your human capital with one employer. An employer is a person or company of persons with whom you have an employment contract. The employer contracts with the public, not you. He uses your human capital to make a profit while compensating you.

       Profit is obtained when you act on your own to do business with the public. Each business transaction is a separate limited contract for service or merchandise. You determine the profit or gain in agreement with a separate customer rather than a set of your employer’s customers. You determine how much more than your compensation you are willing to work for.

       When you work for an employer you receive a certain amount of security in trade for your freedom. When you work for yourself you receive a certain amount of freedom in trade for your security.

       An unconstitutional government preys on both. It undermines your liberty while claiming to support it.

WHAT IS PROPERTY?

          Property is a right. It is a right to own it when you are born with it, when you inherit it, when you purchase it. Rights are not taxable. “Life, liberty and the right to pursue property” is the principle written by John Locke and paraphrased by Thomas Jefferson and the Continental Congress in 1776. They chose to reword it to “…pursuit of happiness” because in those times “happiness” was considered a substitute for “property” and “property” could be misconstrued as “slavery” which was not their intent.

LIFE, LIBERTY AND PROPERTY

          These three words are all you need to remember when seeking to determine if a “tax” is legitimate. Remember these are rights and rights are not taxable.

TAXES VS. EXTORTION

          Legitimate taxes are always indirect and not invasive or repressive.

          Taxtortion is extortion mislabeled as a tax. Extortion is always invasive and repressive. It takes threats and force to collect taxtortion. It has no place in a free country. Taxtortion comes in three main forms: income, property and estate. Taxable means take-able. Taking without permission is theft. Taxtortion is theft. Taxtortion is a crime not a tax.
